To check the current delivery status of your order, please visit “My Account”.

Before completing your order, we will inform you about the expected delivery time directly on the product page.

Items in stock are usually delivered within 1-2 working days (Monday to Saturday) using the DHL delivery service.

You can easily cancel an order yourself via "My account". To do this, click on "View and edit items".

Now you can see if the order can be canceled. If the button “Cancel” is active, you can withdraw your order.

Our deliveries are exclusively within Germany and the European Union.

In some rare cases, your order may be split into individual packages. We try to ensure that everything arrives at the same time. In rare cases, one of the packages may be delayed. We always show you the current status of each package under the “My Account” menu item.

You can find all invoices under the menu item “Orders”.

For orders with advance payment, there is a payment deadline of 7 days after the order is placed. The ordered items will only be reserved for this period.

At the log in, please insert the email address you used for your first order and add your personal password in the field “Password”.

If you do not yet have an account at PEAKPORT, you have to place an order to create an account.

We will send you information and updates about your order to your email address. To ensure that you get all information, it is important that you provide and confirm a valid email address.

You can confirm your email address by clicking on the link in the email we send you after your first order. You can also request a confirmation email under “My account”.

If you have forgotten your password, simply go to the login page and click on "Forgot your password?

Enter your email address and we will send you immediately an email with a link to change your password. Once you enter and save a new password, your old password will become invalid.

You can create a support ticket directly in your customer account.

To change your name or address, go to “Address”. To change your e-mail address, phone number or password, go to “Account details.”

The statutory warranty period of two years from receipt of the goods applies to each item. If defects appear during this period, you are entitled to statutory claims for supplementary performance. This means that you have the right to have the defect corrected or to receive a new delivery. Under certain legal conditions, you can also assert further claims such as price reduction or withdrawal.

If a repair is necessary within the scope of the statutory warranty, please note that we do not carry out this ourselves. We must forward reported complaints to the respective manufacturer. For uncomplicated and quick processing, we recommend to contact our customer service directly at service@peakport.de within the statutory warranty period, as stated in the enclosed documents.

If you would like to exchange an item

Returns and exchanges

You have the right to cancel your purchase contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The deadline is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the delivery service, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us in writing of your decision to withdraw from this contract by post or email. You can use the attached cancellation form sample, although this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation:
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments we received from you within fourteen days, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of selecting a different method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods, if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

You bear the direct DHL Cost of returning the goods. For goods which, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by DHL (forwarding goods), we estimate the direct return costs for each such item at a maximum of 60 euros.

We recommend to use the original packaging for returns. You can easily register the return via your customer account. There you will receive the corresponding number of return labels - either as a QR code for your smartphone or as a PDF to print.

Credit may take up to 3-7 days from the return date.

We will inform you by email as soon as we have processed your return. You can also view the status and the new invoice amount in your account. If you have already paid, you will receive your money back in a few days using the same payment method.

If, contrary to expectations, no booking has been made after 7 days, please contact our customer service and have your return receipt ready.

We continually strive to offer attractive prices for our products. A price reduction is indicated by a crossed-out former sales price on the product.

If you cannot use all payment methods offered, this may be due to your credit status. We do not provide any credit information.
